    • 10-session online guzheng music therapy package

      1. Access & Delivery:

      • Upon purchase, clients will receive access to 10 pre-recorded music therapy sessions (or link sent sequentially).
      • Each session must be reviewed by the client within 7 days of delivery (enless otherwise agreed).

      2. Feedback & Support:

      • Clients may submit written feedback after each session via email.
      • Therapist will provide personalized responses within 48-72 hours 9unless dealyed by holidays/emergencies).

      3. Cancellation & Refunds:

      • Before Access: Full refund if canceled within 3 days of purchase (if no sessions have been sent).
      • After Access: No refunds once the first session is delivered.
      • Unused Sessions: If a client stops mid-pacage, unused sessions are non-refundabel but may be paused up to 3 months)with therapist approval.

      4. Expiration:

      • The full package must be completed within 6 months (unless extended due to illness/emergency)

      5. Technical Issuues:

      • If links expire or fail, the therapist will resend them promptly.
      • Clients must notify the therapist within 3 days of delivery if they encounter access problems.

      6. No-Show Policy ( For Live Check-Ins, if applicable):

      • If the package includes optional live check-ins, 24-hour cancellation notice applies;otherwise, the session is forfeited.

      7. Modifications:

      • The therapist reserves the right to adjust session content if needed (with notice).
